When you completed your reservation, the reservation code was sent in an email to the email address entered during the reservation process.
Should you decide to cancel your reservation, please keep in mind that the following rules apply for refunds.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY This deposit is partially refundable in the case of cancellation depending on the time notice we receive. All cancellations must be made online. We must receive a cancellation notice a minimum of 24hrs before vehicle collection. There will be a small administration fee which in some cases may be as much as the original rental deposit. No refund will be given for ‘No shows’, early returns or voluntary down-grades of booked vehicles. For all canceled reservations with a deposit of 15 USD or less, there will be no refund.
